Growing up in Vail, Colorado skiing is in Damien's blood. With an all American family and Abercrombie model looks, Damien brings another level of drive, focus, and skill to kiting. Since the age of 2, Damien has been on skis while even making the Junior Olympic Ski Team in high school.

His transition from skiing to kiting happened through a knee injury. While rehabbing in Florida Damien saw kiting on a beach, tried it out, and was hooked. Tired of the rigorous training required with skiing he wanted to give kiting a try, and since then he's been at it for 2 years with no end in sight.

Well on his way to becoming one of the best in the sport, Damien recently took overall in the 2004 Red Bull King of the Air competition in Hawaii. Riding hard and sometimes paying the price for pushing the boundaries Damien is not afraid to "step outside of the box."

One of the best conditioned athletes both mentally and physically, Damien's beliefs and positive outlook on life keep him headed in the right direction.
