in New Zealand where she had to try it. Moving to Hawaii to train
and kite because of its constant wind helped her develop the skills

Most recently she set a world record with seven other women crossing
the English Channel on a kite. Laurel is committed to teaching
women and helping them get involved in the sport and its progression.
